Folderol is the nice surprise of the 11th arrondissement at the start of the year. After having discovered beautiful references to honor your cellar, such as the two-letter bottles of Partida Creus or Les Amours Vendangeurs from Mas Foulaquier, no need to change dairy to offer you a sweet reward, and not the least. The artisanal ice creams offered here are to die for: banana and raw cream, tangerine, peanut, pear, sesame ... the flavors are seasonal and the choice is difficult. To eat in or to take home in an XXL jar, anything is possible! After the success of Rigmarole (starred in the Michelin guide), it is yet another successful bet for Jessica Yang and Robert Compagnon who offer us a very nice concept !
